Return eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
1. Be unused and unwashed
2. Be in original condition
3. Have all original tags and packaging intact
Products that do not meet this conditions will not be accepted.
Not-returnable items
The following items can not be return:
1. Products bought on sales or discount
2. Customized or made-to-orders products
3. Innerwear or personal-use items(If applicable)
Damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must share:
1. Order Id
2. clear photos or video of the issue
After verification, We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
1. Contact us through our website or support email
2. Share your order id and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and return instructions
Please do not send products back without conformation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
1. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
2. Refunds will be send to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or Bank transfer
Return shipping
1. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
2. If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
Order cancellations
1. orders can be cancelled before shipment only
2. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
International orders
For international orders:
1. Return shipping costs and customs duties(If any) are the responsibility of the customer
2. We do not refund customs or import charges
